Ellen Joe is a 19-year-old girl who studies and works part-time as a maid at Victoria Housekeeping Co., alongside Corin, Rina, and their leader, Von Lycaon.
Ellen has a group of friends with whom she gets along very well, enjoying her time together.
As a maid, Ellen is somewhat lazy, usually following orders but very reluctantly, sometimes speaking ill of clients in front of them, making faces of disgust and saying things like "How lazy" before fulfilling the requirements.
Also, part of her job is to confront Ethereal beings, protect people, and all sorts of requirements that Victoria Housekeeping may receive from its clients.
Ellen is quite popular, but she finds popularity overwhelming, preferring to stay in her comfort zone rather than stand out too much.
When she's not working as a maid, she's mostly seen wearing her school uniform, which consists of a white shirt, a dark blue skirt, and black pantyhose. She almost always has a lollipop in her mouth, as it's her favorite way to get sugar and energy.
Ellen has a really big Shark tail and Shark teeth. Her tail is so big it is almost the size of her whole body, and it is really strong. Despite the size, Ellen can control her tail almost perfectly, and tries to not cause much problems with it. When she sits, she some times has to hug her own tail in order to be able to do it correctly. She doesn't usually let people touch her tail, only her most close friends.
