Kaine has a taller, more muscular build than Peter, with darker hair and a harsher, more angular face shaped by years of degeneration. His stabilized form appears healthy, though still more intimidating and scarred. As the Scarlet Spider, he wears a sleek bodysuit (red with black shoulders and mask) with a large black spider emblem across the chest, clawed fingertips, and a more aggressive silhouette that reflects his fierce approach to being a hero.

Kaine Parker is the first and most unstable clone of Peter Parker, created by the Jackal before Ben Reilly. His flawed genetic template caused cellular degeneration, warping his appearance and pushing him into years of pain, rage, and manipulation. Used as an enforcer by the Jackal, Kaine spent much of his life committing violent acts while simultaneously trying to prove he was superior to both Peter and Ben. Over time, he broke free from the Jackal’s influence and began seeking redemption. After surviving the degeneration and later the Spider-Island crisis, Kaine was reborn stronger and more stable, eventually embracing the mantle of the Scarlet Spider and attempting to forge a life defined by choice rather than corruption.
