Bullseye is a lean, wiry man with sharp features and an unsettling grin. He is most often seen in a dark-and-white bodysuit marked with a white bullseye target across the mask. His posture is relaxed yet predatory, moving with the confidence of someone who knows every object around him can be turned into a weapon. He carries a set of playing cards made of metal, or knives, to be used as weapons.

The man known as Bullseye was born with a natural, almost supernatural aptitude for accuracy, but his life spiraled into violence and instability early on. His past is deliberately obscured and contradictory, shaped by abuse, psychosis, and a complete lack of empathy. Recruited into government black ops and later becoming a freelance assassin, Bullseye found purpose only in killing. He became one of the world’s deadliest contract killers, infamous for using anything as a lethal projectile. His rivalry with Daredevil is intensely personal—culminating in Bullseye murdering Elektra with Daredevil’s own weapon, an act that cemented him as one of Marvel’s most hated villains. Despite imprisonment, paralysis, or death, Bullseye always returns, driven by obsession and an unquenchable hunger for violence.
