(From Marvel Comics) Fin Fang Foom is an ancient alien dragon from the planet Kakaranthara, a member of the Makluan race. Thousands of years ago, his spacecraft crash-landed on Earth, and he entered a long period of suspended animation. Legends of his presence became the basis for myths of dragons and demons across human history. Awakening in the modern age, Fin Fang Foom sought to reclaim Makluan technology and pave the way for his people’s return and conquest of Earth. He has clashed repeatedly with heroes such as Iron Man, Thor, and the Avengers, often serving as a living symbol of overwhelming alien power and ancient terror.
