Scenarios

Every great story needs a setting. While your character provides the who, the Scenario Selector provides the where and the why. This setting allows you to anchor your chat in a specific context, ensuring the AI understands the plot from the very first message.

Scenarios are also automatically generated after around 10 messages, though.

Selecting a Scenario

By default, if no scenario is chosen, you will see a prompt to Choose Scenario. Clicking this opens a modal where you can browse and select the perfect backdrop for your conversation.

Once selected, the interface updates to display the active scenario name prominently.

Managing your Scene

If you decide the current setting isn't working out, or you want to pivot the story, the selector gives you two options:

• Change: This re-opens the selection menu, allowing you to swap to a different scenario on the fly.
• Remove (Trash Icon): If you prefer a "free-roam" style chat, clicking the trash icon removes the scenario entirely. This wipes the slate clean, leaving the AI to rely solely on the character definition and your immediate chat history.
